this is personal.

Behind every brand we believe in,
there’s a life it could change.

The story behind the work
01 / Why shared values come first

We only grow
brands we
believe in.

Robbie TharpRobbie TharpFounder, DTCmarketing.com

Robbie’s connection to health and wellness began long before it became his work.

Diagnosed with a rare blood disorder at three, and having lost his mother to brain cancer, he knows what it means to search for answers when your health—or someone you love—is on the line.

Feeling let down by the conventional healthcare system, he began looking further: into Eastern traditions, longevity research, and the evolving world of biohacking. His search was driven by necessity, and by a belief that there had to be more to discover.

Along the way, he found founders who cared as deeply as he did. People building direct-to-consumer products and services with an uncompromising attention to quality and a personal stake in the lives they touched.

That experience shapes who we choose to work with. We partner exclusively with brands that share our commitment to genuine care, uncompromising quality, and responsibility to the people they serve. Shared values are the foundation of every partnership—not an afterthought.

The conviction behind the company

The world needs more
brands that give a damn.

And those brands deserve a growth partner who does, too.

Shared purpose. Real partnerships.

Our work brings us close to founders who are challenging how people think about their health.

Ways2Well

To understanding it.

Ways2Well is advancing a proactive, personalized approach to care through diagnostic testing, clinician-guided plans, and a focus on whole-body wellness. It’s a mission centered on giving people more insight into their health—and support in deciding what comes next.

Ra Optics

A different way
to see the light.

Ra Optics is bringing the conversation around light and circadian rhythm into everyday life. Our relationship has spanned creative, growth, and major launches—helping translate the founder’s conviction into a brand people can connect with.

02 / What moves us
Our mission

Help meaningful
brands matter more.

To help mission-led health and wellness brands reach more people through clear strategy, distinctive creative, and disciplined growth—without losing the heart of what makes them matter.

Our vision

A healthier world.
Better choices.

A world where people can discover and make informed choices about their wellbeing, and where the brands that earn their trust have the opportunity to thrive.

03 / The life behind the ideas

Some ideas start
with stillness.

We live in the world our clients are building.

Mitochondria. Circadian rhythm. Contrast therapy. Detox. Even coffee enemas. These are part of the conversations and personal explorations behind our interest in wellness.

Sometimes, when a client asks, “How did you come up with that idea?”, the answer begins with Robbie’s morning Zen and QiGong practice. Space to listen. Space to notice. Space for a connection that wasn’t there before.

We use technology with intention. But we believe the deepest creative insight comes from lived experience, human judgment, and a connection to something beyond the brief. A prompt can help make an idea. It cannot supply the reason to care.

That is the spirit we bring to the team: presence in the process, clarity in the work, and genuine care for the people on the other side of it.

04 / Our principles

What we come
back to.

01

Care deeply.

Start with the person behind the purchase. Learn the product, understand the founder’s purpose, and treat the customer’s trust as something to earn. We choose work we can believe in.

Heart
02

Create from clarity.

Listen before making noise. Combine lived experience, thoughtful research, and space for intuition. The clearest thinking makes room for the most original work.

Presence
03

Grow with integrity.

Bring discipline to the ambition. Test ideas, measure what matters, and be honest about what’s working. Build a business that can grow without compromising its promise.

Stewardship
A shared belief is a good beginning.

You care about
what you’re building.
So should your partner.
